No, Reemster.com is a wholesale company. We only supply our products to companies. During the ordering process we ask for your Chamber of Commerce number and your VAT number. For certain EU countries these numbers are the same. (For Belgium: This is your company number with the addition "BE" in front).

We are a wholesaler for environmentally friendly cleaning and blasting. We sell products for surface treatment and related accessories and products such as personal protection equipment.
Yes, on our site you can see for each product how many items of the product we have in stock in our own inventories. Also you can see per product the delivery time based on the stock position.
No, we never send our products via drop-shipment. We find it important that the quality of our delivered products is high. Our products are checked on various quality requirements, we can only do this properly if we ourselves have had the products in our possession.
Our online product range is supplemented every week with new items. Because our new website is launched from February 2022, it may take some time before the range is complete.
Our (offline) range contains more than 10,000 different types of products. However, in order to keep things clear for you, only the best-selling products are displayed on Reemster.com. Of course you can always contact us if the product you are looking for is missing on our site.
Our online range is supplemented with new products every week. Yet it may happen that not all products are available in the webshop. This may be due to various reasons. Collection, delivery & returns
It is also possible to collect orders. To do this, you must choose "Collect from Vianen, Utrecht, the Netherlands" under shipping method when placing your order. We will then contact you when the order is ready to be picked up. Pick up is only possible by appointment.
We ship to almost all countries within the European Union. For almost all countries you can therefore place an order without our intervention. For some countries, such as Greece, the shipping costs vary per destination. If you want to place an order for a destination for which you cannot choose a shipping method, we kindly request you to contact us so we can be of further service to you.
We send almost all parcel shipments with UPS. Pallet shipments within the Benelux are shipped with Burggraaf Transport & Logistics. Pallet shipments outside the Benelux are usually shipped with DHL.
If you would like us to ship your order with a specific carrier, you must contact us before placing your order. You can also ask us for a quotation with a specific carrier as shipping method. Use the contact form to the right to request a quote.
The shipping costs depend on the destination, the size of your order and the total weight of your order. During the ordering process our system will calculate the shipping costs for you. Fill your shopping cart with the products you want to order and enter the delivery address during check-out. You will then see the shipping costs for your destination.
It costs us (unfortunately) to send your products. Some webshops do not charge shipping costs. This means that these costs have to be paid in another way, such as increasing the product price. We don't think this is fair to you and therefore choose to charge shipping costs separately.
Our system automatically calculates the shipping costs based on the contents of your shopping cart. Sometimes we have special offers or promotions whereby we send your order free of charge. You can also subscribe to our newsletter to keep up to date with our offers. If you place a very large order, we can possibly ship your order on a pallet. This significantly reduces the shipping costs per item. You can also avoid shipping costs by picking up your order at our warehouse. To do this, you must select "Collect from Vianen, Utrecht, Netherlands" under shipping method when placing your order. We will then contact you when your order is ready for collection. Pick up is only possible by appointment.
The delivery time shown on our website is approximate. The estimated time between the time you place your order and the time we ship your product is stated on the product page. The time between the time of dispatch and the time you receive the product depends on the delivery address and the selected delivery method. You can see the transit times of the shipment during the check-out process.
For all parcel shipments inside and outside the Benelux, and for pallet shipments outside the Benelux: You will receive a track&trace code after we have shipped your order. Through this code you can see the (expected) delivery date.
For pallet shipments within the Benelux, delivery is usually within 5 working days after dispatch by the carrier.
If you need a delivery guarantee for a certain date, please contact us for the possibilities before placing your order. We will then make you a tailor-made offer that you can accept.
For package shipments you will receive a track and trace code so you can follow the shipment. For pallet shipments within the Benelux you will not receive a track&trace code.
If you are not available, you may be able to arrange an alternative delivery address with the carrier. For package shipments, UPS will visit you at least 3 times to make the delivery, free of charge. If additional delivery attempts are required, costs may be incurred. We will contact you to discuss the possibilities.
We would like to point out that it is often possible to pick up your shipment at a parcel point. You will then usually have 1 week to collect your order. If you do not accept your shipment it will be returned to us. We will then contact you about the consequences.
For packages: We cannot make a second delivery attempt on the same day. The driver may make a second attempt on the next business day and a third on the following business day, if necessary. Your shipment may also be brought to a UPS Access Point™ for pick-up. Also refer to the information on the UPS InfoNotice® left by the driver.
For pallets: Your shipment will be tendered only once. We will contact you to schedule another delivery attempt. (A fee may apply.)
The return of an item and/or good is only possible if:
- It has not been used;
- It has not been custom-made;
- It does not concern a service and is stored in a lockable, dry warehouse;
- It has all original type markings, numbers, brand or trade name indications;
- No modifications have been made; It is equipped with all original parts and/or accessories, including but not limited to manuals and/or logbooks;
- It is, to the extent possible, in original, closed and saleable packaging;
Within the following return periods, maximum quantity and return costs:
- thirty (30) days; maximum one (1) pallet with a maximum of fifty-five (55) bags; twenty-five percent (25%) of the originally agreed price*; for Sponge-Media / Blasting Agents;
- thirty (30) days; maximum two (2) machines; fifteen percent (15%) of the originally agreed price*; for machines and/or equipment sold as "New";
- fourteen (14) days; maximum two (2) machines; twenty percent (20%) of the originally agreed price*; for machinery and/or equipment sold as "Used" or "Second Hand";
- fourteen (14) days; maximum two (2) goods; twenty-five percent (25%) of the originally agreed price*; for all other goods;
* The originally agreed price means the price mentioned in the quotation/order confirmation. If a discount is given on the standard price, the discount shall be part of the price.
