Sponge-Jet CVR-P110 Continuous Vacuum System

Sponge-Jet vacuum systems are designed to be used for virtually any application in the area of ​​reclaiming SpongeMedia™. The Sponge-Jet CVR P110 Continuous Vacuum Recovery System significantly simplifies the collection and processing of used SpongeMedia™. Via a 3" vacuum hose, a user can suck up SpongeMedia™ at up to 100m distance from the system. As soon as the SpongeMedia™ arrives at the machine, it is collected in a high-positioned hopper. A Sponge-Jet Recycler machine or a big bag is placed underneath. The Sponge-Jet Recycler could then process the SpongeMedia™ for reuse, which greatly simplifies the collection and processing of used SpongeMedia™. The use of an extra employee is often prevented and the processing capacity is considerably higher compared to manual labor.

The machine is equipped with a two-stage hopper system. The first phase cyclone hopper remains under vacuum and collects dust, waste and SpongeMedia™. The second stage hopper changes from vacuum to ambient pressure, so that the collected SpongeMedia™ can be fed to the Sponge-Jet Recycler without interrupting the vacuum.

The CVR-P110 is a pneumatic version and requires compressor air for its operation. Alternatively, the CVR-E110 is available as a fully electric machine.
